To give our customers full transparency, the total time it takes to receive your order is split into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.
Transit Time (Shipping Time): 3 – 7 business days (Monday to Friday) for standard domestic delivery across the United States.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 10 business days from the moment your order is placed.
Please note: We do not process orders or ship packages on weekends or official public holidays.
Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49 within the continental United States.
For orders below $49, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 will be applied at checkout.
There are no hidden fees or surprise handling charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24–48 hours of shipment.
You can use this tracking number on our website or directly via the carrier’s portal (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to monitor your delivery status.
We partner with trusted premium carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your fragile lighting products arrive safely.
Currently, we only ship to valid physical addresses within the United States.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Due to the size and delicate nature of our lighting fixtures, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
All our shipments are fully insured. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, we will resolve it immediately:
Damaged Items: If your lighting fixture arrives broken or damaged during shipping, please contact our support team at service@mosouba.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, or if it stops updating for more than 5 business days, please reach out to us immediately so we can file an investigation with the carrier.
